Candelaria was born in San Isidro, Buenos Aires province, in May 1957. She graduated from the Superior Academy of Fine Arts Regina Pacis in 1978 and became a Drawing and Painting National Teacher.
Candelaria continued to study painting and graphic techniques at Kenneth Kemble’s and Lucrecia Orloff’s workshops (1993-1996 and 1997-2000 respectively), and attended Art Analysis sessions delivered by Luis Felipe Noé and Eduardo Stupía.
She is now an artist of Rubbers International Gallery in Buenos Aires.
